Smart TVs are not all the same

Check the operating system in the television settings. Samsung usually uses Tizen, LG uses webOS, and many other televisions run Android TV or Google TV. Search the device’s own app store for a compatible player recommended for your account. If that model has no suitable app, a supported external streaming device can provide another route.

Fire TV, Android and streaming boxes

Our Android player can be considered for supported Android devices, NVIDIA Shield and compatible Fire TV or Formuler models. Ask for verified installation instructions instead of guessing a Downloader code. Your remote should make the guide, favourites and audio controls easy to reach; test those actions before choosing a longer plan.

Apple devices and computers

iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Mac and Windows require players supported on their own platforms. Confirm whether the app accepts your account format. Buying an app does not include IPTV access, and a licence purchased for one platform may not transfer to another. Ask about any additional player cost before installation.

MAG and portal-based equipment

For a supported MAG or portal device, the request may require the correct device MAC address. This differs from entering a playlist into an Android app. Use the device option in the trial form and follow its instructions. Do not share the full portal credentials in public screenshots.
