A title is only the beginning
When requesting a film or series, give its title and, if possible, release year or season. Similar names and regional editions can cause confusion. Ask about the specific episode range you need; a series entry alone does not prove that every season is currently available.
Listen and read your way
For Nordic drama, family viewing or international films, check both audio and subtitles. Icelandic subtitles are not promised across the whole library. Open a representative title during your trial, inspect the language menu and confirm that text stays in sync with speech. Preferences may need saving separately on each device.
Picture quality on your screen
