Use the service only with appropriate permissions and in accordance with applicable requirements. Keep access details private and within the agreed connection allowance. Installing a player on several devices does not increase the number of simultaneous streams included in your plan.
Availability and compatibility
Channel and on-demand selections can change. EPG, catch-up, language tracks and picture quality depend on the source and compatible equipment. Check essential content and your intended device during an available trial rather than assuming every programme or model is supported.

Trial requests begin pending manual review. The team confirms access and trial conditions after reviewing the request. For an order issue, contact support with the reference and a clear description.
