Name the event precisely
Send the sport, competition, teams and scheduled date. National-team handball and domestic club handball are different requests; so are domestic football and European competitions. Ask which current feed carries the event and which commentary languages are available. A general sports bouquet label cannot answer all those questions.
Try the screen used on match night
Use your main television, usual player and normal home connection. Test during a representative busy evening when possible. Look at motion, sound synchronisation and the ease of changing channels. A phone test beside the router gives limited information about a television in another room.
Check live and replay independently
EPG information and catch-up are separate from the live picture. Confirm the exact fixture time in the player and whether that source supports replay. Do not assume a match will remain available after it ends simply because another channel has catch-up.
Record useful observations
If the picture stops, note the time, channel, device and whether other sources still play. Share those observations with support without sending full credentials. Confirm essential coverage before ordering specifically for one event; content availability can change.
