Installed does not mean active
A television, phone and tablet may all have a player installed while only one is playing. The subscription allowance concerns simultaneous streams. If two people watch different programmes at the same time, select a plan that covers both active connections.
Think about your busiest evening
Consider a sports match in the living room, a series in another room and a mobile stream still running. Closing unused playback can prevent accidental use of another connection. Ask support if your player opens background previews or behaves in an unexpected way.
Compare full-term totals
The pricing selector updates one-, three-, six- and twelve-month totals for the chosen connection count. Prices are settled in USD; they are not monthly equivalents unless explicitly described as such. Check the term and screen count again in checkout.
Test before expanding
A trial may have its own connection allowance. Do not assume it demonstrates five concurrent streams unless the team confirms that. If you need to change an existing subscription, ask support with the order reference rather than placing a duplicate order by mistake.
